Joshua Sama was assigned to my towing job. First off, unprofessional is an understatement for this employee. Upon first speaking to him he was short, rude and not very forthcoming with information about my tow services. We waited almost 2 1/2 hours for his to show up and then once he called us to meet him and we have our descriptions to him, but wasn’t were he said he would be. We then waited 10 more minutes before calling to see where he was, only for his to be standing by his truck and immediately got irritate when asked why he never came over to us after seeing us standing there. By far the most unprofessional and time wasting experience.

We love this company so much. They have taken such h good care when we needed to be towed. They were on time, respectful, and the drivers always had jokes and smiles to try and make the situation better when everyone was under stress. After calling a tow service that never called me back, not only did this company answer the phone right away and forward me directly to a driver, they were courteous and professional from start to finish. Excellent communication, took very good care of my vehicle, and even helped me get it safely into our steep driveway. Would definitely call again!
